EDEN’s compassionate case management discovers the root causes of homelessness and current condition of individuals holistically. The Families Empowered Program is a comprehensive initiative that extends vital support to families facing homelessness, guiding them towards the attainment of a stable and secure home, accompanied by a sense of tranquility. Families Empowered provide wraparound case management support where every individual family member in our programming receives one-on-one assistance.
