Healthcare Workforce Training
EDEN has developed healthcare training pipelines that prepare participants for careers within hospitals and healthcare systems. Our workforce initiatives have included training in phlebotomy, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Direct Support Professional roles.
Participants have received employment opportunities, interviews, internships, and employer engagement through organizations including:

- Massachusetts General Hospital

Phlebotomy Graduates in Three Years
In three years, EDEN graduated 75 participants from its phlebotomy workforce training program, with employer pipelines and interview opportunities through leading healthcare institutions including Boston Medical Center, Boston University, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Massachusetts General Hospital.
They also trained me in phlebotomy and helped me get a job at a hospital. Now I’m working in my career, and I’m so happy.
